What are our policies?
Security Deposits
We require an equivalent of one month’s rent upfront as a security deposit. We retain $200 of the security deposit for cleaning and painting fees.
Pets
Small pet contacts may be available in certain properties. Contact us to see availability and rates.
Renters Insurance
To ensure you and your things are protected, we require proof of renters insurance for our tenants. Don’t have renters insurance? We work with State Farm to bring you an affordable rate. Contact Arielle Teager for a quote!
